The goal of this website is to provide access to our wide selection of floral products and services, as well as, information, ideas and inspiration, to as wide an audience as possible. To ensure a safe, pleasant environment for all of our users, we have established these Terms of Use. In this way, you will know what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Please read the terms in full before you use this Website. Using the website implies that you accept these terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.
Ownership and Trademarks
STALK MARKET (the “Company”) is the sole owner of the website http://mystalkmarket.com. All product names, products pictures, contents, company names and logos appearing on this website are the property of the company.
You acknowledged that mystalkmarket.com contains information, data, photographs, graphics, and other material ("Content") that are the proprietary rights of STALK MARKET, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. You may not modify, download, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the “Content”, in whole or in part.
You may not upload, post, reproduce, or distribute in any way “Content” protected by copyright, or other proprietary rights, without obtaining our permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
You expressly agreed that the use of mystalkmarket.com is at your sole risk. Neither the “Company” or any of its officers, Directors or employees or content providers or suppliers warrant that mystalkmarket.com will not be interrupted or error at all time. The “Content” of the website is solely for the purpose of our business; and if they are not; the “Company’s” sole maximum liability will be, within its sole discretion, not more than to either refund the actual purchase price paid by the customer, or to replace and deliver an equivalent floral arrangement or any other affected products as soon as reasonably possible.
Online Conduct
Any conduct by you that in the “Company's” sole opinion restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the website will not be permitted. You agree to use our website in accordance with these Terms of Use and only for lawful purposes.
You will not use the website to send unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or other forms of solicitation to other users, except in specified areas, if any, that are specifically designated for such a purpose.
Order Acceptance Policy
All orders and subscription requests received are subject to acceptance by STALK MARKET, and any of its personnel. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. Confirmation of your order will be communicated to you via email upon you satisfying us the conditions of the order and payment set forth herein.
Changes/ Cancellation Policy
We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and in relation to card messages) that are requested by 10.00 am one (1) day before the intended delivery day. If you wish to change your order, please do so by contacting us at sales@mystalkmarket.com

Any changes or cancellation may be subjected to a surcharge of not more than 30% of the order price.
Delivery Policy
Flowers are perishable produce and needs absolute care. We take pride in ensuring that the freshness of our products are maintained at the point delivered to the intended recipients. As such our flowers may occasionally come in bud form or slightly bloom, which will last much longer.

Our delivery area is currently only within the Klang Valley, Shah Alam, Klang, Kajang, Putrajaya.

Our flower deliveries are from Mondays to Sundays including for public holidays. Delivery will be within 3 days as follows:

Bi-Weekly Pre-Design Flowers Order before 12 noon : Delivery will be before 5.00 pm on the next day (including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.) Example if order is made before 12.00 noon on Monday, delivery will be before 5.00 pm on Tuesday.
Custom Made or Special Order Order before 12 noon : Delivery will be before 12.00 noon on the 3rd day (including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.) Example if order is made before 12.00 noon on Monday, delivery will be before 12.00 noon on Wednesday

Please take note that in some circumstances, delivery may not be done within a specific time requested due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road closure, road diversion etc which is beyond our control. We will deliver the order soonest possible on the date specified. No delivery to PO boxes.
Product Rejection Policy
Customers may reject our products due to the damages to the physical appearance of the flowers arrangement such as broken stalks, dropped petals, loose ties and dried up flowers.
In the event that our products are rejected due to the above circumstances kindly inform us within 24 hours from the time of receipt with a photo of the damaged product by the following methods:

a) By email to sales@mystalkmarket.com b) By Whatsapp to +6019 323 8001

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we will not be able to accept returns of the flowers. Customers will have a choice of either a replacement, which will be delivered at our next available delivery date or a refund of the full amount which will be credited into your bank account within 48 hours.
Delivery & Failed Delivery Conditions
We may contact the Recipient to confirm the delivery address and the Recipient's preferred delivery time. We will not reveal sender’s information, product description or any other information that may lose the element of surprise.

If the Recipient is not available to receive our product at our initial pre-determined time or the initial agreed time, we reserve the right to impose a redelivery surcharge of RM30.00 on the sender.
Examples of delivery failure are:
- incorrect delivery address
- receiver not present / unwilling to receive the products - date and time selected is incorrect

If redelivery time requires more than 24-hours, we will impose a charge of 70% of the order value on top of the redelivery surcharge of RM30.00 above. Perishable items are thrown upon expiry of 24 hours due to our strict internal quality control policies.
Customer and Recipient Personal Information
To ensure flawless delivery it is very important that you provide us the accurate personal information for both the Sender (Customer/Purchaser) and the Recipient. Please provide these personal information as requested during your ordering process.

Availability & Substitute Products
Some of our products, especially the imported flowers, are seasonal in nature. As such the flowers offered for sale on our website may not be available at the time of delivery. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) in value and quality.
However, we will not replace the main flowers chosen unless is agreed with the customer or stated on our website. (For example, if the choice of the main flowers is red roses, we will substitute with a different colour roses but not to substitute with different type of flowers ie. Lily)
Prices displayed in our website are absolute prices which shall include taxes, delivery charges etc, unless otherwise stated. Nevertheless, there may be occasions that the prices of flowers from our suppliers or our delivery agents, may increase or decrease. At such circumstances, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to raise or lower our prices at any time for such reasons. If we raise our prices, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel your order free of charge. Prices that are confirmed by us in our Order Confirmation email to you will not change.

Delivery cost for orders less than RM65.00, will be charged accordingly. A minimum handling fee of RM10.00 will also be charged to cover administrative costs.

Any person who violate the above or any unauthorized act in relation to this copyright work, he or she or company, may be liable for a civil claim for damages and prosecution.


When you do the purchase from our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we will be collecting the personal information such as name, address, telephone and email address of you and your intended recipients.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our business, new products and other updates.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at sales@mystalkmarket at any time.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Our store is hosted by a third party. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through our third party website/e-commerce host data storage, databases and their general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then the third party host stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
